Clinic meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30 pm for 1 hour, & Saturdays from 10:30 am to noon. 12 Sessions in all.
(1-On-1 Technical Training Also Available for Competition or Recreation)

My Business
My business was conceived from the many hole-in-the-wall gyms I trained out of in Brooklyn, NY, throughout the 70's and early 80's. Turning my skills towards training rather than pursuing a boxing career, has been the most rewarding endeavor I could have taken. I'm still high octane, but that's only because I have a love affair with the "Sweet Science." Once you share in my energy, you will not regret it.
I am a registered and certified Level I Boxing Coach/Trainer with USA Boxing Organization, trained by the professional team at world famous Gleason's Gym, in Brooklyn, NY.
I am currently registered as a professional Boxing Manager with the Maryland State Athletic Commission, and had previously been registered with the Florida State Boxing Commission as a Boxing Trainer. I am certified by the American Safety & Health Institute in Adult and Child CPR and AED usage.
47 year olds like me (Joe), and YOU. From the beginner to the most skilled of boxers. Anyone can benefit from the diversity of my workouts. Perfection is never demanded; only encouraged, and only with lots of patience. You progress at your own level. Oh, and you will progress.
